Description To Books Fierce Obsessions (The Phoenix Pack #6)

When raven shifter Riley Porter was given sanctuary by the Phoenix Pack, she let them believe she had left her flock. Reluctant to divulge the secrets of her past, she was still embraced as family. Only Tao Lukas, the protective and passionate Head Enforcer of the pack, was resistant to the enigmatic shifter. Until Riley started to arouse in him something other than suspicion...

Tao doesn’t trust lone shifters, especially ones so guarded - and tempting. But the sexual tension between them is making them both come undone, and vulnerable to more than desire. All Tao wants is for Riley to stay with him and to trust him with the truth of her past...

As Riley’s mysteries come to light, so does a danger that threatens not only her life but the safety of the entire pack. For Tao, keeping Riley safe means keeping her close - forever - as his mate!

Discuss Of Books Fierce Obsessions (The Phoenix Pack #6)
4 Tao yum Stars * May have mild spoilers*As a huge Suzanne Wright fan I tend to read every book of hers that I come across. So when I seen and grabbed Fierce Obsessions from Netgalley I did a little happy dance. When I seen it was Tao's book I did a happy squeal. Like always Suzanne Wright delivered a great read that made me laugh out loud and kept me happy for hours. I have been wanting Tao's book for a while now. I have loved him, Ryan, and Dom since book 1. Now I just need Dom's book and all

It was good. But like the last book I read and not by this author, I had a hard time buying the "love" despite the shifter mating thing. This is unusual for me. Still a good book and worth the read.

Review to come!

Re-read(audio with Jill Redfield) 5/6/184 starsWho would have thought that a raven and a wolf would make an adorably, compatible couple! When we first meet Riley she's a lone raven shifter at the shelter that has grown attached to two shifter children, Dexter and Savannah. When the Phoenix Pack adopts the children Riley comes with them. Both children are very attached to Riley and she in turn is quite protective of them. But with adults it's a different story, she's aloof, defensive and doesn't

***Full review now posted***You ready for a completely partial, biased, non-objective review?Sweet, let's roll. I've said it before and I'll say it again...I adore Suzanne Wright books. And I adore the books in this series. Yes, they all have OTT alpha males.Yes, they have somewhat exchangeable snarky lead females. Yes, these females always have epic one-liners.Yes, they always argue with Greta the grouch. In fact...not gonna lie...Book in this series pretty much follow the same basic pattern.

Due to life getting in the way, I was unable to read this book as quickly as I wanted. Once I started I didnt want to stop. It was a fast paced smooth moving story with characters that kept me engaged and a plot that I needed to follow every step of the way. Riley is a raven shifter that is living with a wolf pack. No one knows why she left her previous pack but they are accepting of her nevertheless. Tao is a wolf that doesnt like anyone from outside of his pack. Hes highly suspicious of

4 Solid Stars to one of my favourite author of all time <3 Loved, loved, loved it ! ;) Though to be honest I'm more excited for Ashes coming out later this year. *grins*
